John, His Story, by Jeanette Clift-George, is a dramatic retelling of Jesus' life as accounted in the book of John. Experience the miracles of Jesus through the eyes of those who lived them. This is a unique event that blends the powerful message of Easter together with faith, fellowship, and theatrical arts. Join with others in our community in celebrating Easter and remembering what Jesus has done for you. This performance is designed to touch the hearts of all attendees, regardless of age or background. Expect a blend of traditional and contemporary elements, all aimed at delivering a memorable and inspiring experience.
FBC of Murray has graciously opened their doors to host this event in their beautiful Family Life Center, located just off the Court Square in Murray, Kentucky.

Chad DeLancey has been participating in plays since his childhood in Murray. He is returning to the stage to play "Actor A" in "John, His Story". In recent years, Chad played the role of "Captain Keller" in "The Miracle Worker" and "Major Metcalf" in "The Mousetrap" at Playhouse in the Park.
During his day to day, Chad owns and operates

During his day to day, Chad owns and operates a small business in Western Kentucky and West Tennessee called Thriving at Home Senior Care, which focuses on keeping seniors at home. Chad is bountiful with love for his beautiful wife Erin and 7 children. He is very grateful and honored to have been asked to be apart of this show.
Nathan Carter is making a return to the stage after an eight-year hiatus. This is the fifth time he has been cast as "Actor B" in the production of "John, His Story." When he's not captivating audiences, Nathan serves as the Executive Director of HOPE Calloway and delights in his role as a certified leadership coach and trainer. Nathan is honored to be part of this cast and can't wait to share this retelling of the life and miracles of Jesus with the community.
Serenity has been involved in theater since she was 13. She has most recently found a passion for stage management but every now and then she finds herself back on the stage! The verse she clings onto in this season is Zephaniah 3:17.
Sarah Cunningham likes people, ideas, and jumping around. She has performed on public stages all over the world because her mother kept saying, "Go up there and sing something." Her previous dramatic work at FBC includes wrestling an alligator during VBS.
